超聲波清洗是一種效果顯著的清洗法,同時(shí)易于實(shí)現(xiàn)機(jī)械化、自動(dòng)化,對(duì)于形狀復(fù)雜和多孔的零件,與其它清洗方法相比有無可比擬的優(yōu)越性。而且可用于家用、商用、工業(yè)上,可謂用途廣泛。

除油脂

工件在防銹封存前、電鍍前和涂裝前都一定進(jìn)行除油清洗,超聲除油的關(guān)鍵是選用含針對(duì)性的表面活性劑和乳化劑的清洗液。實(shí)踐證明,超聲清洗前的浸泡(以軟化油污)是非常有效的手段。
The workpiece must be degreased and cleaned before anti rust storage, electroplating and coating. The key to ultrasonic degreasing is to select the cleaning solution containing targeted surfactant and emulsifier. Practice has proved that soaking before ultrasonic cleaning (to soften oil stain) is a very effective means.
除銹及氧化皮

鋼鐵零件在軋制或熱處理后,表面會(huì)生成一層5-10μm的氧化鐵,超聲波清洗不用強(qiáng)酸、強(qiáng)堿,減少了公害避免了氫脆,提高了鍍膜質(zhì)量。
After rolling or heat treatment, a layer of 5-10 will be formed on the surface of steel parts μ M iron oxide, ultrasonic cleaning does not need strong acid and alkali, which reduces public hazards, avoids hydrogen embrittlement and improves the coating quality.

1、積炭
1. Carbon deposit
積炭是燃油和機(jī)油在高溫缺氧條件下燃燒生成的硬質(zhì)碳化物,與金屬表面吸附,分子間結(jié)合強(qiáng)度大,用一般方法很難處理。如大連機(jī)車車輛廠過去清洗柴油機(jī)缸蓋和活塞等零件上的積炭,用汽油泡、小鋸條刮等辦法,不但洗不凈,還損壞了活塞表面的光潔度,每人每班只能清洗半臺(tái)柴油機(jī),改用超聲波清洗后只用2h可以洗完一臺(tái),提高工效8倍。
Carbon deposit is a hard carbide formed by the combustion of fuel and engine oil under the condition of high temperature and hypoxia. It is adsorbed with the metal surface and has high intermolecular bonding strength. It is difficult to deal with it by general methods. For example, Dalian Locomotive and rolling stock factory used to clean the carbon deposits on diesel engine cylinder heads and pistons and scrape them with gasoline bubbles and small saw blades, which not only could not be cleaned, but also damaged the surface finish of pistons. Each person can only clean half a diesel engine per shift. After ultrasonic cleaning, one diesel engine can be cleaned in only 2h, which improves the work efficiency by 8 times.
2、油膩和油泥
2. Greasy and oily sludge
工件被機(jī)油污染,再落入塵土,形成油膩;油泥是機(jī)油、焦油、含氧酸、碳化物、灰及水的混合物,用超聲波清洗可輕松清洗潔凈。
The workpiece is polluted by engine oil and then falls into dust to form greasy; Sludge is a mixture of oil, tar, oxygenated acid, carbide, ash and water. It can be easily cleaned by ultrasonic cleaning.
3、助焊劑和拋光研磨膏
3. Flux and polishing paste
電子行業(yè)普遍采用超聲波清洗印刷線路,以表面助焊劑中的松香及硅表面微米級(jí)的顆粒;大量精細(xì)的電器元件、真空器件也從50年代起廣泛采用超聲波進(jìn)行脫脂、除銹及黑化(氧化)前的清洗。
Ultrasonic cleaning is widely used in the electronic industry to remove rosin in the surface flux and micron particles on the silicon surface; A large number of fine electrical components and vacuum devices have also widely used ultrasonic since the 1950s for degreasing, derusting and cleaning before blackening (oxidation).
